The VideoChat is an exclusive tool for gold members, that allows you to chat online with other users. Every chat is private e you can chat with many people at the same time, on the same window.
The advantages of using the VideoChat:

4. You can personalize your messages by using smiles, for example, to make them funnier.
5. You can denounce another user in case you feel unrespected or abused somehow.
6. You can Chat by video/audio with one at a time, e by text with many users, at the same time.
We would like to remind you that all Gold users can make or receive calls on VideoChat. However, Basic Users should become Gold to enjoy the benefits of VideoChat.

If you are a Gold member, all you have to do to invite a user to start a conversation in VideoChat is click the button in the user’s profile.
The user will receive an invitation to talk to you. He or she can either accept or reject the invitation. While you are waiting for the user to respond, you will see a window like this one displayed below:
If the user’s status is Busy, , he or she will not receive invitations, but will find out about the invitation later.

Whenever someone calls you to a chat on videoChat, it displays a window like this one in the bottom right corner of the screen:
To start a chat, you need to click on the button “Accept the invitation of VideoChat” e then, the window of VideoChat will open. Click “Accept” and you can get it started!

Online means that your profile is active and can receive calls for a VideoChat. This status already appears pre-selected every time you access the website with your username and password.
Busy means that you cannot accept invitations at the moment. The other users will see your status as Busy and will not be able to invite you for a chat. However, you can continue inviting other users if you are a Gold user.
Offline means that no one may invite you for a VideoChat, deactivating your profile for a chat. This benefit is exclusive to Gold users.
To deactivate the receipt of invitations to VideoChat, you must click the “Offline” option if you are a Gold user. If you are a Basic user, you can click the “Busy” option found on the Welcome page of your profile or inside the very VideoChat conversation window.

No. You can see one person on the webcam or talk through the microphone with only one user at a time. To invite another person to activate the webcam or microphone, you must close the initial contact first.

IMPORTANT: For your security, DO NOT share any confidential information (password, bank account information, social security number, credit card number, etc.) with anyone.
If the individual with whom you are chatting uses inappropriate terms, such as obscene or offensive words or if he or she is advertising something, you are entitled to report him/her. You can do the same if the individual’s video shows inappropriate or obscene actions. To report the user, simply click the “Report” link found on the VideoChat window itself.
