• 1 - How can I remove "My Profile"?


To delete your profile, access the "My Account" area (the link in the upper menu of the website), look for the “My Personal Information" option and then choose "Delete Profile." Follow the steps until the following message appears: "Your profile was deleted from the website."

• 2 - How do I fill out or make changes to "My Profile"?


In order to fill out or modify your profile, all you have to do is click on "My Profile" at the top menu of Dating Place. In this page, you may click on the links in order to update the items you want (physical characteristics, habits, interests, etc.)

• 3 - How can I "Sort by Affinity"?


In order to be able to list by affinity, you need to fill out all mandatory fields on your profile. You may list by affinity from the Search Profiles area

Dating Place's entire system of communication, compatibility, and search is based on the information that our members fill in when registering. If you do not fill out your profile, other people will not be able to know how you are. This way, you won't be able to take advantage of our services.
The more complete the profiles are, the more they will attract other people and the bigger will be your chance of success. Therefore, carefully fill out you profile in order to find that special someone who you're looking for.
In order to be listed, see lists sorted by affinity, and use communication services with other members, you must fill out all items marked with an asterisk in "My Profile".

• 5 - How do I change my password?



Access the "My Account” area. You will see the following: "My Personal Information" and you will have the option of entering a new password. Make sure that you will remember your new password. We suggest that you write it down and keep it in a safe place.

• 6 - How can I modify the email address that I have registered at the site?


You will find it in "My Account” (available through “Welcome” – on the main menu) and in "My Personal Information." This page will display the address registered with Dating Place. There, you will be able to make the change by clicking “Edit.”

• 7 - How do I change my age?



Access the "My Profile” area. In "About Me” in the "Basic Information" topic, you will see: "Date of Birth." Change the date and click “Save.” Our system shows your age and astrological sign based on the date that you entered. For your own privacy, your date of birth is never revealed.
