Carefully verify if you've correctly typed all the information. Try more than once, beginning the process from the start.

• 5 - How do I modify my credit card or billing information?


In order to modify your credit card or billing information, you must log in at Dating Place using your username and password. Select "My Account" in the menu and follow the instructions.

• 6 - How do I avoid being renewed?

At the end of your plan as a GOLD user, for your convenience, a new period is automatically debited. In this way, your unlimited access to the site tools will never be interrupted.
  To verify the end date of your plan or cancel it, follow these instructions:
 
1) Click on the option “My Account";
2) In “My Subscription" you can verify the expiration date in the item: “your plan”;
3) To cancel the gold account, click on “Modify or renew subscription or remove profile";
4) Select the option "Cancel Gold Account";
5) Type in your password and follow the cancellation process by always clicking on the option “continue”. Cancellation will be complete when the confirmation page appears at the end of the process with the message: “Gold account cancelled successfully”.  
If you don’t want to continue with your gold plan for the upcoming periods, but wish to take full advantage of the benefits of your current plan, complete the cancellation one day before the end of the period corresponding to your plan. hide answer
• 7 - Can I change my access plan?


Yes, you can change it. Select "My Account" in the left menu of the page. There, you'll find instructions that are necessary to change your access plan.

• 8 - Do I have to pay in order to use Dating Place?


Dating Place is a free relationship service. Basic members can use many benefits such as Advanced Searches, or be invited to FasTalk conversations.
However, those who are serious about finding new people (specifically the way they want it) - more easily and quickly - should become Gold Members.
Gold Members can make searches based on all filters, invite other people to FasTalk, send as many emails as they wish, and many other benefits.

• 9 - How do I cancel my Gold plan?

To cancel your Gold plan, follow these instructions:
1 ) Click on the option “My Account";

ATTENTION: When you cancel your gold plan, your status will immediately become basic. If you don’t want to continue with your gold plan for the upcoming periods, but wish to take full advantage of your current plan, complete the cancellation one day before the end of the period corresponding to your plan.
