• 5 - How do I cancel Automatic Renewal?

At the end of your GOLD user plan period, the cost for the new period is automatically debited to your account for your convenience. In this way, your unlimited access to the website tools will never be interrupted. To check the ending date of your plan or to cancel it, please follow these instructions:

1) Click the "My Account" option;
2) In "My Subscription," you can check the expiration date of your plan;
3) To cancel your membership, click "Manage My Plan" and then "Cancel Renewal;"
4) Follow the steps of the cancellation process. You will receive a message confirming your cancellation at the e-mail address you have registered with us. Click “Confirm” to be redirected to the website. The cancellation will be concluded when the confirmation page appears at the end of the process with the following message: “You have cancelled the Automatic Renewal of your plan.” hide answer
• 6 - Do I have to pay in order to use Dating Place?


Dating Place is a free relationship service. Basic members can use many benefits such as Advanced Searches, or be invited to FasTalk conversations.

• 7 - How do I cancel my Gold plan?

To cancel your Gold plan, follow these instructions:

1) Click the "My Account" option;
2) In "My Subscription," you can check the expiration date of your plan;
3) To cancel your membership, click "Manage My Plan" and then "Cancel Renewal;"
4) Enter your password and follow the steps of the cancellation process, always clicking the “Cancel” option. You will receive a message confirming the cancellation of your e-mail address registered with us, where you should click the "Confirm Cancellation of Automatic Renewal." The cancellation will be concluded when the confirmation page appears at the end of the process with the following message: “You have cancelled the Automatic Renewal of your plan.”
